University and college students most times zoom off to school without having any sort of breakfast. Speaking from experience, this is not good at all for students, as a matter of fact, bad idea for anybody. Sometimes, I even forget something as basic as water.

Breakfast is an important meal of the day, our brain and body need to be energized for learning as students. We skip breakfast for some reasons such as; lack of time, I have to meet up with lectures, lack of money, food is expensive, and some feel breakfast is not a big deal they can handle skipping breakfast.
